Fixed Bugs:
1. Quarterly Forecast Figures in Business Units were sometimes incorrect.
2. When a invoice was created for a pending invoice, the MST Order Number and the Customer PO number were not prefilled.
3. Some cancelled deals were still included in the forecast.
4. Pending Deals for MST Q4 were calculated incorrectly.


Known Bugs:
None.

Improvements:
1. Pending Invoices Query now shows MST Order Number and Deal Name.
